Application:
Polyonics xf-581 is designed for high temperature lead-free welding applications. It is an ideal label choice for the surface mounting process of circuit board, whether it is applied at the top or bottom of circuit board. It can also be used at the top of the circuit board in the mixing process, while it is recommended to be used at the bottom of the circuit board in the environment directly exposed to reflow technology.
